In order to regulate the civilized dog-raising behavior in the community, create a quiet and comfortable living environment, protect the health and personal safety of all residents, reduce neighborhood disputes caused by dog-raising, and create a harmonious and civilized community, the community neighborhood committee hereby proposes to all who raise dogs:
1. In accordance with the regulations, register your dog for registration once having a dog;
2. Keep regularly injecting relevant vaccines to pet dogs and conducting routine physical examinations every year;
3. Please use a leash when you go out to walk with your dog, and try to avoid close contact with children, the elderly, pregnant women and other people, and it will not affect the legal rights of residents who do not keep dogs;
4. Dogs are not allowed to urinate and defecate anywhere in public places such as the platform and corridors of the community. If there is excrement, please pick up the poop with the dog poop bag, and put it into the trash can to keep clean the public area;
5. Keep good-neighborliness and friendship. Please wear a barking device for noisy dogs late at night and early in the morning, so as to avoid intruding on other people's lives due to dog barking;
6. Actively learn the relevant knowledge of scientific dog raising, and carry out the most basic care and training for pet dogs, such as not barking randomly, not biting strangers and other training.
